金针菇氨基酸抗运动性疲劳研究 被引量:4

摘要 探究金针菇氨基酸的抗运动性疲劳作用。将雄性昆明鼠分为高剂量、中剂量、低剂量试验组和对照组,各试验组灌胃金针菇氨基酸样品溶液,每天剂量分别为40 mL·kg-1BW、20 mL·kg-1BW、10 mL·kg-1BW;对照组灌胃相同剂量的饮用水,分别测定各组小鼠的负重游泳时间及血乳酸、血清尿素氮、乳酸脱氢酶、丙二醛和肝糖原含量。结果表明,各试验组小鼠的负重游泳时间与对照组相比均有显著延长,其中高剂量组延长率达74.9%,血乳酸、血清尿素氮和丙二醛含量均低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),高剂量、中剂量、低剂量组乳酸脱氢酶含量分别为(3977.19±2.67)U·L-1、(3989.22±2.10)U·L-1、(4003.22±0.57)U·L-1,与对照组的(4040.11±1.42)U·L-1相比活性降低,但无明显差异(P>0.05),各试验组肝糖原含量均升高。由此可见,金针菇氨基酸在抗运动性疲劳方面有一定作用,值得进一步研究。 To explore the effect of Flammulina velutipes amino acids on exercise resistance fatigue, male kunming mice can be divided into four groups, namely the high, medium and low dose group and normal control group, each group lavage needle mushroom samples of amino acid solution, the daily dose of 40 mL·kg-1 body weight, 20 mL·kg-1 body weight, 10 mL·kg-1 body weight, the control of the same dose lavage, drinking water, respectively, to determine the type of weight loading swimming time and blood lactic acid, serum urea nitrogen, lactate dehydrogenase, malondialdehyde and the change of the content of hepatic glycogen. Weight loading swimming time in mice results show that the test group compared with the control group significantly extended, which the extension rate of high dose group was 74.9%, and the blood lactic acid, serum urea nitrogen and malondialdehyde content were lower than the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). The content of lactic acid dehydrogenase content in the high, medium and low dose groups was(3 977.19±2.67) U·L-1,(3 989.22±2.10) U·L-1,(4 003.22±0.57) U·L-1,which is less active than the control group of(4 040.11±1.42) U·L-1. However, there was no significant difference(P>0.05), and the content of liver glycogen increased in all test groups. It can be seen that the amino acids of F. velutipes have a certain effect on motor fatigue, which is worth further study.
