摘要
为研究猴头菇活性成分辅助治疗运动障碍作用机制,提取猴头菇活性成分并进行定性检测,建立小鼠运动障碍模型、灌胃猴头菇粗提取液进行试验。结果表明,猴头菇粗提取液对中枢神经系统具有一定的营养和修复作用,主要机制可能与脑部多巴胺神经元的修复相关。
In order to study the mechanism of action of the active components of Hericium erinaceus in the treatment of dyskinesia. The active components of H. erinaceus were extracted and tested qualitatively. The results showed that, the crude extract of H. erinaceus had certain nutritional and repair effects on the central nervous system, and the main effect might be related to the repair of dopamine neurons in the brain.
