摘要
为研究双孢蘑菇提取液对运动免疫力调节的作用,采用小鼠跑步试验模拟运动训练,对小鼠灌胃双孢蘑菇提取液,对比其对血液指标的影响。结果显示,不同剂量的双孢蘑菇提取液均能够提升小鼠红细胞含量和超氧化物歧化酶含量,并与灌胃剂量呈一定的量价关系;高剂量的双孢蘑菇提取液能够提升血红蛋白含量、降低丙二醛含量。说明双孢蘑菇提取液能够提高跑步小鼠的抗氧化能力,提升运动免疫功能,所含的营养物质也提高了机体自身的免疫力。
In order to study the effect of Agaricus bisporus extract on exercise immunity, mice running test was used to simulate exercise training, to infuse the extract of A. bisporus extract into mice stomach, and to compare the effect on blood indexes. The results showed that different dosages of A. bisporus extract could increase the content of erythrocytes and superoxide dismutase in mice, and had a certain dose price relationship with the dose of gavage;high dosages of A. bisporus extract could increase the content of hemoglobin and reduce the content of malondialdehyde. The results showed that A. bisporus extract can improve the anti-oxidation ability and exercise immune function of running mice, and the nutrients contained in it can also improve the body’s self-immunity.
