摘要
为了探讨运动员体能运动训练过程中的食用菌饮食的作用,选取我校参加体能训练的运动员共64名,随机分为2组,分别对运动员训练后第1天与第7天的血清肌酸激酶(CK)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血红蛋白、血细胞比容、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量进行检测。探究运动员体能运动训练过程中食用菌饮食的重要作用,可改善运动员运动性疲劳、运动性贫血与氧化应激损伤等不良反应。
In order to explore the role of the edible fungi diet in athletes’ physical training, we selected 64 athletes participating in physical training in our school and randomly divided them into two groups to test the serum muscles on the 1 st and 7 th days after training The levels of acid kinase(CK), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), hemoglobin, hematocrit, superoxide dismutase(SOD), and malondialdehyde(MDA) were tested. Furthermore, it can be concluded that the edible fungi diet has an important role in the physical exercise training of athletes, which can improve athletes’ sports fatigue, sports anemia and oxidative stress injury and other adverse conditions.
