摘要 以食用菌深加工企业为研究对象,旨在解决食用菌产品开发与销售中的相关问题,即在市场需求拉动下如何形成产品开发与销售的耦合联动关系,以及在新零售业态中如何形成线上与线下销售相协同的关系。基于对食用菌产品开发与销售前景的分析,当前食用菌产品产业需从重构销售策略融入新零售业态、加强生鲜食用菌产品体系开发、再造经营流程以突出市场导向、形成前向关联植根于产业融合这四个方面进行深度挖掘。 The edible fungi deep-processing enterprises were taken as the research object, and aims to solve the related problems in the development and sales of edible fungi products, that is, how to form a coupling relationship between product development and sales under the market demand, and how to deal with the new retail format form a collaborative relationship between online and offline sales. Based on the analysis of the development and sales prospects of edible fungi products, the current edible fungi product industry needs to restructure the sales strategy into the new retail format, strengthen the development of the fresh edible fungi product system, and recreate the business process to highlight the market orientation and form a forward relationship rooted in industrial integration, these four aspects are deeply excavated.
