71例儿科雾化吸入类药物使用的合理性分析

Rationality analysis of 71 cases of drugs for aerosol inhalation in pediatric

目的 :针对儿科雾化吸入类药物使用进行合理性分析,进一步促进其规范使用。方法 :利用美康PASS pharm Assist系统抽取使用雾化吸入类药物病例71份,并依据《雾化吸入疗法合理用药专家共识》(2019年版)等指南规范及药品说明书对其进行分析。结果:三种雾化吸入药物联合应用的占比为74%。不合理主要表现为:适应证不适宜:23例;疗程不适宜:21例;重复用药:18例。结论 :雾化吸入药物的使用有待进一步规范。

Objective:To analyze the rationality of the use of pediatric aerosol drugs so as to further promote their standardized use.Methods:The data from 71 cases of aerosol drug use were selected by Mekang PASS pharmAssist system and retrospectively analyzed according to Guidelines of Expert Consensus on Rational Use of Atomization Inhalation Therapy(2019 edition)and drug instructions.Results:The combined use of three aerosol drugs accounted for 74%.The main manifestations of irrational medication included 23 cases of inappropriate indications,21 cases of inappropriate treatment course and 18 cases of repeated medication.Conclusion:The use of aerosol drugs needs to be further standardized.
