生态扶贫思想是绿色发展理念与生态文明建设的有机统一,扶贫开发是为了发展生产力,从而帮助当前中国1 600多万贫困地区人口顺利脱贫,而改善生态环境就是发展生产力。因此,在目前决胜全面建成小康社会的关键时期,补足生态贫困这一短板,推动生态贫困地区扶贫开发与生态环境保护相协调,实施生态扶贫方式,是打好脱贫攻坚战的重要战略举措,也是习近平生态扶贫思想的理论内涵。

The idea of ecological poverty alleviation is the organic unity of the concept of green development and the construction of ecological civilization. The purpose of poverty alleviation and development is to develop productivity, so as to help more than 16 million people in China’s poverty-stricken areas get rid of poverty smoothly, and to improve the ecological environment is to develop productivity. Therefore, in the crucial period of deciding to build a well-off society in an all-round way, we should make up for the short board of ecological poverty, promote the coordination between the poverty alleviation and development of ecological poverty areas and the protection of the ecological environment, and implement the way of ecological poverty alleviation. This is an important strategic move to fight poverty alleviation and a theoretical connotation of Xi Jinping’s ecological poverty alleviation thought.
