摘要
实验以普通废玻璃瓶粉碎后的玻璃粉为主要原料,加入高岭土、钠长石、碳酸盐、硼化合物等原料研制冰裂纹釉。采用单因素与正交实验法确定釉料配方,通过对釉层厚度、烧成温度、急冷温度等单因素的试验考察,研制出层次丰富、花瓣状冰裂纹釉。研究结果表明:釉料配方中玻璃粉含量50~60 wt%,釉粉堆积厚度为5 mm,烧成温度1230℃,急冷温度200~500℃,坯与釉的热膨胀系数的差值Δα为1.25×10-6/℃时,得到的釉面效果最佳。
In this experiment,ice cracked glaze was prepared by adding kaolin,albite,carbonate,boron compound and other raw materials from the crushed glass powder of ordinary waste glass bottle.The basic formula of glaze was determined by single factor and orthogonal experiment.Through the experiments of glaze thickness,firing temperature,quench temperature and so on,the glaze with rich layers and petal ice crack was developed.The results show that the content of glass powder in glaze formula is 50×60 wt%,the stacking thickness of glaze powder is 5 mm,the firing temperature is 1230℃,and the rapid cooling temperature is 200℃.The difference of thermal expansion coefficient between blank and glazeΔα1.25×10-6/℃,the glaze effect is the best.
