2种小肠胶囊内镜检查便捷舒适性的对比研究

A comparative study on operation simplicity and inspection comfortableness between two types of small bowel capsule endoscopy

目的对比OMOM-Ⅰ和Pillcam SB22种小肠胶囊内镜检查的操作便捷性及被试者的检查舒适性。方法招募健康体检者及其他有胶囊内镜检查指征的志愿者,每一名被试者分次吞服OMOM-Ⅰ及Pillcam SB22种小肠胶囊内镜,按照计算机随机分组结果决定吞服OMOM-Ⅰ和Pillcam SB2的先后顺序,每名被试者的两款胶囊由同一名检查者实施完成。检查实施者评估2种胶囊内镜软件操作及记录仪穿戴的便捷性,被试者评估2种胶囊内镜检查的舒适性,录屏软件记录记录仪内图片转存至阅片软件的处理时间。对比分析上述4项观察指标在2种胶囊内镜检查间的差异。结果纳入被试者30例,其中1例因仅完成1款胶囊检查而剔除,共29例被试者数据纳入分析。男性占41.4%,平均(38.0±11.7)岁。OMOM-Ⅰ及Pillcam SB2检查的阳性率分别为24.1%(7/29)和20.7%(6/29),二者差异无统计学意义。OMOM-Ⅰ组设备软件操作的简便性、记录仪穿戴简便性显著优于Pillcam SB2组(P=0.001),图片转存处理时间显著短于Pillcam SB2[(49.1±11.2)min vs(64.8±12.5)min,P<0.001]。被试者评价OMOM-Ⅰ胶囊记录仪穿戴舒适性也显著优于Pillcam SB2(P=0.001)。结论OMOM-Ⅰ小肠胶囊内镜在检查实施和被试者便捷舒适性方面显著优于Pillcam SB2小肠胶囊内镜。

Objective To compare the operation simplicity and comfortableness of two types of small bowel capsules endoscopy(OMOM-Ⅰand Pillcam SB2).Methods Subjects were recruited for OMOM-Ⅰand Pillcam SB2 small bowel capsule endoscopy(SBCE).The order in which OMOM-Ⅰand Pillcam SB2 were swallowed was determined by the random number group method.The two types of capsule endoscopy were compared in terms of operation simplicity of the software,portability of the recorder,time taken to transfer and process the picture from the recorder to the picture reading platform,and comfortableness of the recorder.Results Twenty-nine subjects were included for analysis,41.4%of whom were males,with an average age of 38.0±11.7 years.The rates of positive findings were 24.1%(7/29)and 20.7%(6/29)for OMOM-Ⅰand Pillcam SB2,respectively.No statistically significant difference was detected.The operation simplicity of the OMOM-Ⅰgroup was significantly better than that of the Pillcam SB2 group(P=0.001).The portability of the recorder for OMOM-Ⅰwas better than that of Pillcam SB2(P=0.001).It took much less time to transfer and process pictures in the OMOM-Ⅰgroup than in the Pillcam SB2 group[(49.1±11.2)min vs(64.8±12.5)min,P<0.001].Wearing a recorder was more comfortable in the OMOM-Ⅰgroup than in the Pillcam SB2 group(P=0.001).Conclusion OMOM-ⅠSBCE has advantages over Pillcam SB2 SBCE in operation simplicity and inspection comfortableness.
