Optimization of drying process for PVC paste resin produced by mixing method

针对低温环境下混合法聚氯乙烯糊树脂生产中挥发物含量不稳定的问题,进行了原因查找,通过降低喷雾干燥器进口温度,并在风送系统空气过滤器进口增加节能装置,稳定了聚氯乙烯糊树脂挥发物含量,降低了蒸汽单耗。

Aiming at the problem of unstable volatile content of PVC paste resin produced in low temperature environment,the causes were searched.By reducing the inlet temperature of the spray dryer,adding an energy-saving device at the inlet of the air filter of the air delivery system,the volatile content of PVC paste resin was stabilized and the steam consumption was reduced.
