摘要
通过分析氯乙烯气柜的运行数据,拟合了气柜升降速率和压力变化的回归方程,将气柜升降速率和气柜压力协同变化作为判断气柜卡顿的辨识方法。利用DCS程序自动识别气柜卡顿并执行紧急停车操作,确保在第一时间发现气柜卡顿并安全化解。该方法为氯乙烯气柜卡顿故障的辨识和解决提供了一个思路。
By analyzing the operation data of vinyl chloride gas holder,the regression equation of rise and fall rate and pressure change of gas holder was fitted,and the change in rise and fall rate and along with pressure change of gas holder was taken as the identification method to judge the gas holder jamming.The DCS program was used to automatically identify the jamming of gas holder and perform emergency shutdown operation to ensure that the jamming of gas holder could be found at the first time and safely resolved.The method provided an idea for identifying and solving the jamming failure of vinyl chloride gas holder.
