氯乙烯精馏尾气提氢装置技改方案

Technical transformation scheme on extracting hydrogen from VCM rectification tail gas

摘要 介绍了中盐吉兰泰盐化集团有限公司氯乙烯精馏尾气提氢装置原工艺设计过程,分析了氢气抽提装置存在的压力波动和回收氢气纯度差的问题,并提出了技术改造方案和工艺流程。技术改造后,氢气压力控制在0.085-0.120 MPa,氢气质量分数大于99.3%。 The originally designed process of extracting hydrogen from vinyl chloride rectification tail gas in China National Salt Jilantai Salt Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.was introduced.The problems of pressure fluctuation and poor purity of recovered hydrogen in the hydrogen extraction unit were analyzed,and a technical transformation scheme and a process flow were proposed.After technical transformation,the hydrogen pressure was controlled at 0.085-0.120 MPa,and the mass fraction of hydrogen was more than 99.3%.
