摘要
以石榴上的2种蓟马(西花蓟马和黄胸蓟马)为试虫,采用浸渍法研究了吡虫啉与辛硫磷、茚虫威和高效氯氟氰菊酯复配对2种蓟马的联合毒力作用。结果表明:吡虫啉对黄胸蓟马和西花蓟马的毒力最高,致死中浓度LC_(50)分别为5.129 mg·L^-1和8.648 mg·L^-1,明显好于其它3种杀虫剂。吡虫啉与高效氯氟氰菊酯为最佳配伍组合,复配后对石榴蓟马有明显的增效作用。吡虫啉与高效氯氟氰菊酯配比7∶3对西花蓟马的共毒系数为194.82,增效作用最大。吡虫啉与高效氯氟氰菊酯配比3∶2对黄胸蓟马的共毒系数为161.17,增效作用最大。吡虫啉与辛硫磷复配表现出相加作用,吡虫啉与茚虫威复配表现出拮抗作用。说明吡虫啉与高效氯氟氰菊酯配比范围在1∶1~7∶3可获得对石榴蓟马良好的增效作用。
Two species of thrips(Frankliniella occidentalis and Thrips hawaiiensis)on pomegranate was used as test insect,the co-toxicity of imidacloprid with phoxim,indoxacarb and lambda-cyhalothrin against two species of thrips were tested by impregnation method.The results showed that imidacloprid had the highest toxicity to Thrips hawaiiensis and F.occidentalis,and median lethal concentration(LC50)was 5.129 mg·L^-1 and 8.648 mg·L^-1,respectively,which was significantly better than the other three insecticides.The combination of imidacloprid and lambda-cyhalothrin was the best,and the combination had obvious synergistic effect to thrips on pomegranate.The co-toxicity coefficient of imidacloprid and lambda-cyhalothrin to F.occidentalis was 194.82 at the ratio of 7∶3,and the synergistic effect was the largest.The co-toxicity coefficient of imidacloprid and lambda-cyhalothrin to T.hawaiiensis was 161.17 at the ratio of 3∶2,and the synergistic effect was the largest.The combination of imidacloprid and phoxim showed additive effect,and the combination of imidacloprid and indoxacarb showed antagonistic effect.These results showed that the ratio range of imidacloprid and cyhalothrin was 1∶1 to 7∶3,it had a good synergistic effect to thrips on pomegranate.
