安诺可隆NM超微分散染料的性能

Properties of Anocorn NM ultramicro disperse dyes

将安诺可隆NM系列染料与传统粉状染料进行色光、力份对比,并对染色残液进行评估,对比染料的利用率及对污水的影响。结果表明,安诺可隆NM系列染料与市场普遍使用的传统粉状染料具有相近的力份及相似的色光,方便印染技术人员使用。与传统粉状分散染料相比,安诺可隆NM系列染料具有无扬尘、染料利用率高、浮色少、易清洗、残液色度低、COD低等优点。该系列染料储存稳定性好、不易分层,有利于染料的自动称量及输送,有利于印染企业的自动化、智能化升级。

The color light and strength of Anocorn NM series dyes and traditional powder disperse dyes were compared.The utilization ratio of dyes and the influence on waste water were also compared through the evaluation of dyeing residue.The results showed that Anocron NM series dyes had similar strength and color light with the traditional powder dyes commonly used in the market,which was very convenient for printing and dyeing technicians.Compared with the traditional powder disperse dyes,Anocron NM series dyes had the advantages of no dust,high dye utilization,less floating color,easy cleaning,low residual color and low COD.This series of dyes had good storage stability and were not easy to be layered.It had inherent advantages for the automatic weighing and transportation of dyes,and it was conducive to the automatic and intelligent transformation of printing and dyeing enterprises.
