摘要
介绍了基于近红外光谱技术和化学计量学建立的一种快速、无损、环保的棉/氨混纺定量分析方法。以2000个样品为研究对象,对样品分类整理,采集光谱;经过一阶导数等光谱处理,结合偏最小二乘法,建立棉/氨定量分析的氨纶质量分数为0~15%的校正模块。为验证模块的实用性,另外对199个样品进行验证。最终得到模型的标准误差SEV=0.40%,校正集的相关系数Rc=97.6%,验证集的相关系数Rp=98.2%,显著性差异F=0.982,小于F0.05(198,198)=1.264,根据FZ/T 01144—2018《纺织品纤维定量分析近红外光谱法》的要求,一致性差异为100%,精密度为0.10%,表明该模型具有良好的精确性,实践应用也证明此方法是可行的。
A rapid,nondestructive and environmentally-friendly quantitative analysis test method of cotton/ammonia blended fabric was made with near infrared spectroscopy and chemometrics.Taking 2000 samples as the research object,the samples were sorted and the spectra were collected.the quantitative analysis model was established based on least square method.After spectral processing such as first derivative and partial least squares method,a calibration module for quantitative analysis of cotton/ammonia(spandex mass fraction 0~15%)was established.To verify its applicability,model prediction values from 199 samples were collected and analyzed.Finally the validation set standard deviation(SEV)of the establish model was 0.40%,the correlation coefficient Rcwas 97.6%,the correlation coefficient Rpwas 98.2%,the value of significant difference F was 0.982,which was less than F0.05(198,198)=1.264.According to FZ/T 01144—2018 Textile quantitative analysis of fiber near-infrared spectroscopy method the consistency difference of this model was 100%,and the accuracy was 0.10%.The result showed that this model was accurate and practicable.
