改性钢渣吸附海水中汞的影响因素研究及安全性评价 被引量:1

Influence Factors of Adsorption of Mercury in Seawater by Modified Steel Slag and Safety Evaluation

摘要 本文研究了未改性钢渣和酸改性、碱改性、热改性以及盐改性等4种改性钢渣在不同振荡时间、海水中汞初始浓度和温度条件下对汞的吸附效果,并探讨了钢渣对海水pH值、营养盐浓度以及重金属浓度的影响。实验显示未改性钢渣和4种改性钢渣在120min振荡时间、15~35℃条件下对海水中汞去除效果均比较好,酸、碱和热改性钢渣可以更好地适应海水中汞浓度的变化。在常温下,碱改性钢渣对海水中汞的去除效果最好,去除率可达91.9%,同时会使砷、铜、铅、锌和镉等重金属浓度下降。结果表明,碱改性钢渣治理海洋重金属的效益好且安全性较高,可考虑应用于实际海洋工程。 This paper studies the adsorption of mercury on unmodified steel slag and four modified steel slags such as acid modification,alkali modification,thermal modification and salt modification under different oscillation time,initial concentration of mercury in seawater and temperature.The effects of steel slag on seawater pH,nutrient salt concentration,and heavy metal concentration were discussed.The experiments show that the five kinds of steel slag have good removal effect of mercury in seawater under the shaking time of 120 min and 15~35℃.At room temperature,the alkali-modified steel slag has the best removal effect on mercury in seawater,with a removal rate of 91.9%,and at the same time,it will reduce the concentrations of heavy metals such as arsenic,copper,lead,zinc and cadmium.The results show that alkali-modified steel slag has good benefits and high safety in treating marine heavy metals,and can be applied to practical marine engineering.
