储能技术发展战略性问题与政策研究

Strategic Issues and Policy Research on Energy Storage Technology Development

储能作为能源革命的关键支撑点,在我国构建现代能源体系的过程中具有重要的战略地位。当前,我国储能技术发展迅速,但仍处于初级阶段,面临的核心技术、投资回报、标准体系和市场机制等战略性问题有待解决。因此,本文立足我国储能技术发展现状,剖析当前我国储能发展问题,提炼世界储能强国储能相关政策体系的关键点,分析国内储能相关政策发展历程及不足,并以此为依据,提出促进储能技术发展的若干政策建议。

As the key supporting point of energy revolution,energy storage plays an important strategic role in the process of building modern energy system in China.At present,energy storage technology in China is developing rapidly,but it is still in the primary stage.The core technology,investment return,standard system and market mechanism are still to be solved.Therefore,based on the current situation of energy storage development in China,firstly,this paper analyses the current difficulties of energy storage development in China,and then refines the key points of the policy system for promoting energy storage technology development of the advanced countries.Next,this paper analyses the development process and shortcomings of the domestic energy storage related policies.At last,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of energy storage technology.
