新型水处理器的水模实验和CPFD模拟研究

Water Model Experiment and CPFD Simulation Study of New Water Processor

针对实际工业生产和污水处理的进水量大,进水固含低,流速快等特点,中国恩菲工程技术有限公司自主研发了一种新型水处理器。本文针对该装置进行了实验参数测量、水模实验和CPFD数值模拟研究,为其工业化和设备选型提供参考。

Aiming at the characteristics of actual industrial production and sewage treatment large amount of water inflow, low solid content in water inflow, and fast flow rate,Enfei Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. independently developed a new type of water processor. In this paper, experimental parameter measurement, water model experiment and CPFD numerical simulation research are carried out for the device, which provides a reference for its industrialization and equipment selection.
