摘要
计算机辅助设计(简称CAD)是一项高新技术,在机械设计领域得到广泛的应用。在地下装载机设计中,利用计算机辅助设计技术模拟整个地下装载机工作机构的运动状态,铲料、装料和卸料作业工况进行运动模拟分析和液力变矩器与柴油机的匹配计算等过程,大大缩短了产品的开发周期,降低了产品开发设计成本,文章介绍了Pro/Engineer对地下装载机工作装置的运动仿真和有限元分析,MATLAB在液力变矩器与柴油机的匹配计算中的应用,供有关设计人员参考。
Computer aided design(CAD for short) is a high-tech, widely used in the field of mechanical design. In the design of the underground LHD, the computer-aided design technology is used to simulate the motion state of the entire underground LHD working mechanism, and the motion simulation analysis of the shoveling, loading and unloading working conditions and the matching calculation of the torque converter and the diesel engine, etc. It greatly shortens the product development cycle and reduces product development and design costs. The article introduces the motion simulation and finite element analysis of Pro/Engineer on the working device of the underground LHD, and the application of MATLAB in the matching calculation of the torque converter and the diesel engine for the reference of relevant designers.
