摘要
针对某铜矿存在漏风严重、污风串联问题突出等问题,本文分析了矿山通风网络结构,同时测定相关通风参数,提出了矿山通风系统优化改造方案,并利用Ventsim Visual^TM三维通风仿真系统进行了模拟分析。经对比,优化改造方案通风管理简单、通风网络效率高,并且通风能耗显著降低,对矿山开展通风系统优化改造工作有着很好的指导意义。
Aiming at the problems of air leak and serious polluted air serialization,by analyzing the ventilation network structure and measuring the related ventilation factors,this paper studies the optimization and transformation solutions for the mine with the use of Ventsim VisualTM 3 D ventilation simulation system. Through technical and economic analysis and comparison,with the use of the optimized scheme,the ventilation management is more simple,the network is be more effective and the ventilation energy consumption can be reduced significantly,which can play a guiding role in mine ventilation system optimization and transformation.
