社会治理法治化及其对青海藏区的启示

Rule by Law of Social Governance and its Enlightenment To Qinghai Tibetan Area

社会治理是国家治理的重要方面,现阶段我国社会治理在法治思维、法律制定、执法体制、依法行政等方面还存在不足。加强社会治理,需要进一步树立法治思维,弥补社会治理领域法律空白,依法保障多元主体有序参与,综合运用多元化矛盾调处机制,同时结合青海藏区社会治理实际提出了若干建议。

Social governance is quite an important part of national governance,and currently there stands some deficiencies in terms of our national Social governance in aspects such as legal thinking,law making,law enforcement mechanism and administration by law and so on.To strengthen social governance,it is necessary to further establish the thinking of rule by law,make up for the legal gap in the field of social governance,guarantee the orderly participation of diverse subjects in accordance with the law,and comprehensively apply the mechanism of mediation and handling of diverse contradictions.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward according to the reality of social governance in Qinghai Tibetan area.
