人类学视野下的青海特色文化产业发展研究

Research on the Development of Characteristic Culture Industry in Qinghai Province from the Perspective of Anthropology

进入21世纪以来,青海文化产业经历了“从无到有”“从有到优”的发展历程,文化产业与旅游扶贫融合发展,形成了“非遗”+旅游、“非遗”+扶贫的文化产业模式。因文化产业同时具备了文化和经济的特性,且二者相辅相成、相得益彰,我们把文化产业置于人类学的视野下,进一步挖掘和扩展青海文化产业的内涵和外延,使其文化的特性进一步彰显,从而为文化产业持续健康发展蓄后劲、增强力。同时要认识到文化产业的经济价值会反哺其文化价值,使其在市场竞争中不断展演和蜕变成符合当下人们审美的记忆和符号。当前形势下,青海省应坚持文化产业化与产业文化化相结合,在“一带一路”倡议下文化产业与旅游扶贫融合发展,实现文化产业区域联动和聚集。

since the beginning of the 21st century,Qinghai’s cultural industry has experienced the development process of“from nothing to something”and“from something to something well”.The integrated development of cultural industry and tourism poverty alleviation has formed the cultural industry model of“intangible cultural heritage”+tourism“,intangible cultural heritage”+poverty alleviation.Because of the cultural industry and the characteristics of the culture and economy,and the two complement each other,complement each other,we put the cultural industry of economy in the perspective of the anthropology,the further excavation and extend the connotation and extension of culture industry,and make further reveals its cultural features,so the accumulation of power for the sustained and healthy development of cultural industry,enhance strength,at the same time to realize that the economic value of cultural industry will reverse feeding its cultural value,make its performance and continuously in the market competition into accord with what people aesthetic memory and symbols.Under the current situation,Qinghai province should adhere to the combination of cultural industrialization and industrial culturalization,integrate the development of cultural industry and tourism poverty alleviation under the“One Belt And One Road”strategy,and realize the regional linkage and aggregation of cultural industry.
