基于肿瘤公共数据库分析TUFM基因在肺癌中的表达及预后意义

摘要 目的基于肿瘤公共数据库分析线粒体翻译延伸因子Tu(TUFM)基因在肺癌组织及正常肺组织中的表达,进一步探讨TUFM基因对肺癌患者的预后意义。方法检索Oncomine数据库、GCBI数据库和GEPIA数据库,分析TUFM基因在人体常见肿瘤中的表达,对TUFM基因在正常肺组织及肺癌中的表达差异进行分析。通过检索人类蛋白质图谱(HPA)数据库得到TUFM基因在正常肺组织和肺癌组织表达的免疫组化结果。通过KaplanMeier Plotter数据库分析TUFM基因表达水平与肺癌患者预后关系。结果Oncomine数据库、GCBI数据库和GEPIA数据库检索结果证实,TUFM基因在人体常见的多种癌症中呈现高表达,与正常肺组织相比较,TUFM基因在肺癌中表达增高。HPA预测结果发现,正常的肺组织和肺癌组织TUFM基因IHC染色后,结果存在明显区别。Kaplan-Meier Plotter数据库分析结果表明,TUFM高表达的肺癌患者的首次进展生存期(first-progression survival,FP)、总生存期(overall survival,OS)、复发后生存期(post-progression survival,PPS)均显著优于低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论TUFM基因在肺癌组织中比正常肺组织中表达增高,肺癌患者中TUFM高表达组的预后明显优于TUFM低表达组。 Objective To explore the prognostic significance for lung cancer patients on the basis of the public database of tumors,the mitochondrial translation elongation factor Tu(TUFM)gene expression in lung cancer tissues and normal lung tissues was analyzed.Methods The Oncomine database,GCBI database and GEPIA database were searched to analyze the expression of TUFM gene in human common tumors,and the expression difference of TUFM gene in normal lung tissue and lung cancer was analyzed.The human protein atlas(HPA)database was searched to obtain the immunohistochemical results of TUFM gene expression in normal lung and lung cancer tissues.The Kaplan-Meier Plotter database was used to analyze the relationship between TUFM gene expression level and prognosis of patients with lung cancer.Results The search results from the Oncomine database and the GCBI database GEPIA database confirmed that the TUFM gene is higher expression in a variety of cancers common to the human body.Compared with normal lung tissues,the TUFM gene is higher expression in lung cancer.HPA prediction results found that there was a significant difference between the normal lung tissue and lung cancer tissue after IHC staining of the TUFM gene.Kaplan-Meier Plotter database analysis showed that first-progression survival、overall survival and post-progression survival of lung cancer patients with high expression of TUFM were significantly better than those with low expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of TUFM gene is higher in lung cancer tissues than in normal lung tissues.The prognosis of patients with high expression of TUFM in lung cancer patients is significantly better than that of TUFM expression.
