摘要
在推动我国油气体制改革的大背景下,石油行业市场结构对企业绩效的影响机制,需要从多个角度进行深入研究。本文基于2010-2018年中国24个石油上市公司面板数据,使用Tobit模型研究了我国石油行业市场结构、效率结构对企业绩效的影响。结果发现:我国石油行业较高的市场集中度虽有助于提高企业绩效,但却对企业效率产生负面影响;而市场份额、规模效率与企业绩效显著正相关,综合效率则通过市场份额间接作用于企业绩效。基于研究结论,本文提出规模经营、强化企业技术创新和管理创新的相关政策建议。
In the context of promoting China’s oil and gas system,the impact mechanism of the oil industry’s market structure on enterprise performance requires in-depth research from the perspective of supply.Based on the panel data of China’s 24 listed oil companies from 2010 to 2018,this paper uses the Tobit model to study the impact of China’s oil industry market structure and efficiency structure on enterprise performance.The results of the study found that although the high market concentration of China’s oil industry helps improve enterprise performance,it has a greater negative impact on corporate efficiency;market share and scale efficiency are significantly positively correlated with enterprise performance,and comprehensive efficiency indirectly affects enterprise performance through market share.Based on the research conclusions,it puts forward relevant policy recommendations for scale operation,strengthening enterprise technological innovation and management innovation.
