摘要
针对特高压变电站GIS设备组件安装法兰对接的特点和工艺要求,为提高GIS安装的精度和作业效率,利用激光设计了变电站GIS设备组件安装法兰对接报警系统。动法兰安装端面的检测是通过点线结合,利用激光接收板上激光光斑的点坐标,实现对GIS安装动法兰水平位姿的检测。在动法兰端面通过线距测量方法,实现动法兰端面扭度的检测。GIS设备的精准对接,可保证GIS设备组件法兰安装的安全性。
In order to improve the precision and efficiency,the laser alarm system of GIS substation equipment components flange joint was designed for the joint characteristics and process requirements.Based the dotted and line in combination dynamic flange installation of face detection method was proposed.Laser receiver plate point coordinates of laser spot dynamic flange level GIS installation position detection,and flange end face line distance measurement method move flange end face of the twisted degree detection.The method has realized the accurate docking of GIS equipment,guarantee the safety of the GIS equipment components flange installation.
