2019年杭州市萧山区益农镇居民健康素养现状调查

Investigation of Health Literacy of the Resident in Yinong Town of Xiaoshan District in Hangzhou,2019

目的了解杭州市萧山区益农镇居民健康素养水平,并分析可能的影响因素,为制订有效干预措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样法对益农镇居民进行调查。结果调查的1,049名居民中,总体健康素养水平为29.22%;基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能素养水平分别为51.26%、19.84%、38.32%;六类健康问题素养水平分别为安全与急救(59.09%)、科学健康观(51.94%)、健康信息(49.25%)、基本医疗(31.45%)、传染病防治(23.02%)、慢性病防治(12.81%)。除健康信息素养与基本知识和理念素养水平无差异(P>0.05)外,健康生活方式与行为、安全与急救、科学健康观、传染病防治和慢性病防治素养具备率均低于2019年杭州市居民水平,但基本技能、基本医疗素养具备率高于杭州市居民(P<0.05)。logistics回归分析显示,文化程度、职业与益农镇居民的健康素养水平有关联(P<0.05)。结论益农镇居民健康素养水平与城市居民相比有差距,但也有部分项目优于城市居民。慢性病防治和健康生活方式与行为素养还需提升,应针对薄弱环节,强化居民的健康管理,加强宣传教育和引导。

Objective To understand the health literacy level of residents in Yinong Town of Xiaoshan District in Hangzhou and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide basis for formulating intervention measures.Methods A total of 1,049 residents of Yinong Town were investigated by multistage sampling method.Results Among the 1,049 resident,the health literacy level was 29.22%.The levels of basic knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavioral,and health skill literacy were 51.26%,19.84%,38.32%respectively.The level of the six types of health problems were 59.09%of safety and first aid,51.94%of scientific views,49.25%of health information,31.45%of basic medical,23.02%of infectious diseases prevention,and 12.81%of chronic diseases prevention.Except for the health information and the basic knowledge and concept literacy were no significant difference(P>0.05),healthy life style and behavior,safety and first aid,scientific health concept,infectious disease prevention,and chronic disease prevention literacy were lower than the residents from Hangzhou in 2019,but the level of basic skills and basic medical literacy were higher than the Hangzhou residents(P<0.05).Logistics regression analysis showed that education level and occupation were correlation with the health literacy level(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a gap in health literacy level between residents in Yinong Town and urban residents,but some projects are better than urban residents.The prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy need to be improved,and in view of the weak links,the health management,publicity,education and guidance of residents should been strengthened.
