上海市浦东新区8家社区吸毒人群艾滋病知识知晓情况调查

Investigation of AIDS Knowledge Among Drug Users in 8 Communities in Pudong New Area of Shanghai

目的了解吸毒人群的吸食毒品方式、艾滋病知识知晓率等情况,为制定吸毒人群艾滋病防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用统一问卷对上海市浦东新区8个社区部分在管吸毒人群进行问卷调查。结果282名吸毒人员的艾滋病核心知识回答合格率为51.77%。单因素分析结果显示,不同文化程度(χ2=20.395,P=0.001)、家庭人均月收入(χ2=27.856,P=0.000)、就业状况(χ2=18.865,P=0.000)和年龄段(χ2=11.726,P=0.020)的吸毒人群的合格率差异有统计学意义;logistics多因素回归分析结果显示,文化程度影响是知晓率的独立危险因素,就业状况则是独立保护因素。结论大部分吸毒者对艾滋病的了解不够全面,且这类人群普遍存在文化程度低和无业的情况,需要有针对性地开展艾滋病的宣传工作,丰富宣传的方式和途径,加大健康教育的宣传防控力度。

Objective To understand the situation of drug use and HIV/AIDS knowledge among drug users in order to provide scientific basis for HIV/AIDS prevention and control measures.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among drug users in 8 communities of Pudong,Shanghai.Results The qualified rate of answering core knowledge of AIDS was 51.77%.The results of univariate analysis showed that the qualified rates of drug addicts with different educational level(χ2=20.395,P=0.001),family per capita monthly income(χ2=27.856,P=0.000),employment status(χ2=18.865,P=0.000)and age group(χ2=11.726,P=0.020)had statistical significance;logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that education level was an independent risk factor of awareness rate Employment status is an independent protective factor.Conclusion The majority of drug users do not have a comprehensive knowledge of AIDS,and the prevalence of low literacy and unemployment among this group of people,which requires targeted AIDS awareness work to enrich the ways and means of raising awareness,strengthen the propaganda,prevention and control of health education.
