精神科住院患者垃圾分类的现状与问题

Current Situation and Problems of Garbage Classification in Psychiatric Inpatients

目的了解精神科住院患者垃圾分类认知现状,为保证医院生活垃圾分类工作的顺利推进提供证据。方法使用调查问卷对精神科住院患者进行调查。结果男、女性患者了解垃圾分类的占比分别为15%和18%。81%的患者通过医院宣传知道垃圾分类,19%的患者是通过电视广播知道垃圾分类。21%的患者会提醒别人进行垃圾分类,79%的患者认为垃圾分类与自己无关。18%的患者每次丢垃圾时都会分类,62%的患者是看心情来决定丢垃圾时是否要进行分类,20%的患者丢垃圾时从来不会分类。95%知道自己所在楼层有分类垃圾桶。结论精神科是医院垃圾分类管理的一个难点,应通过加强宣传教育、发挥患者同伴的带头作用、加大各部门合作等措施,使垃圾分类达到长效管理。

Objective To understand the status quo of psychiatric inpatients'cognition of garbage classification,and to provide evidence for the smooth promotion of domestic waste classification in hospitals.Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate psychiatric inpatients.Results The proportions of male and female patients who knew garbage classification were 15%and 18%respectively;81%of patients knew garbage classification through hospital propaganda,and 19%of patients knew garbage classification through television broadcast;21%of the patients would remind others to classify the garbage,and 79%of the patients thought that the garbage classification had nothing to do with themselves.The proportion of the patients who will classify every time they throw garbage was 18%;62%of the patients will decide whether to classify the garbage according to their mood;20%of the patients will never classify when they throw garbage.The proportion of patients who knew that their floor had sorting bins was 95%.Conclusion Psychiatric department is a difficult point in the management of hospital waste classification.Publicity and education,playing a leading role of patients’peers,and increasing the cooperation of various departments should been strengthened to achieve long-term waste classification management.
