主动呼吸训练联合肺功能康复训练对老年肺癌行胸腔镜术后患者肺功能及肺部感染情况的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨主动呼吸训练联合肺功能康复训练对老年肺癌行胸腔镜术后患者肺功能及肺部感染情况的影响。方法2018年3月—2019年12月,选取鹤壁市人民医院收治的125例行胸腔镜手术的老年肺癌患者作为研究对象,按照简单随机化法分为对照组和观察组。对照组62例,给予术后给予肺功能康复;观察组63例,在对照组基础上增加主动呼吸训练。观察两组肺功能指标、血气指标和肺部感染率。结果干预后,观察组FVC、FEV1、MVV及VC较对照组高,呼吸频率较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组PaO2较对照组高,PaCO2较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组术后肺部感染率(3.17%)较对照组(12.90%)低(P<0.05)。结论主动呼吸训练联合肺功能康复训练应用于老年肺癌行胸腔镜术后患者可改善血气水平、降低术后肺部感染发生率,进而提高其肺功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of active breathing training combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training on lung function and pulmonary infection in elderly patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 125 elderly lung cancer patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in Hebi People’s Hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to simple randomization method;62 cases in the control group were given lung function rehabilitation after operation,and 63 cases in the observation group were given active breathing training on the basis of this.Lung function index,blood gas index and pulmonary infection rate were observed.Results After the intervention,FVC,FEV1,MVV and VC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the respiratory rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);PaO2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the pulmonary infection rate(3.17%)in the observation group was lower than that(12.90%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Active breathing training combined with pulmonary function rehabilitation training is applied to elderly patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic surgery,which can improve the lung function by improving blood gas level and reducing the incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection.
