布加综合征介入治疗围手术期患者的个体化护理效果评价

Evaluation on perioperative individualized nursing effect of patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome undergoing interventional therapy

目的探讨个体化护理模式对布加综合征介入治疗围手术期患者的应用效果。方法将2017年6月—2018年12月我院收治的58例布加综合征患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各29例。在介入治疗的围手术期间,对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施个体化护理,对比2组的手术过程配合度、并发症发生率、护理满意度情况。结果试验组患者手术过程配合度评分为(7.45±2.21)分,高于对照组评分(5.52±2.07)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的并发症发生率为13.79%,显著低于对照组的37.93%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的护理满意度评分为(80.72±12.50)分,明显高于对照组的(67.38±10.58)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布加综合征介入治疗围手术期加强个体化护理更有助于提高治疗效果和诊疗过程满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nursing pattern in perioperative patients undergoing interventional therapy for Budd-Chiari syndrome(BCS).Methods A total of 58 BCS patients treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 29 cases in each group.During the perioperative period of interventional therapy,the control group received routine nursing care and the experimental group received individualized nursing care.The surgical procedure coordination,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between 2 groups.Results The coordination score of patients during the surgical procedure was(7.45±2.21)points in the experimental group,which was higher than that in the control group(5.52±2.07)points,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group(13.79%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(37.93%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the experimental group(80.72±12.50)points was obviously higher than that in the control group(67.38±10.58)points,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Strengthening individualized nursing during the perioperative period of interventional therapy of BCS is more helpful to improve the treatment effect and the satisfaction degree of the diagnosis and treatment process.
