细胞迁移显微图像自动检测初探

摘要 目的针对细胞迁移的实验结果处理需求,设计了一种操作简单的细胞图像自动检测分析系统。方法体外环境下设计细胞模型,使组蛋白甲基转移酶EZH2在肺腺癌细胞A549中的表达呈现4种表达状态,使用transwell小室实验分别检测细胞迁移能力相应的变化,比较人工计数与自动检测分析系统的结果。结果 EZH2表达下降会导致细胞迁移数目的减少,降低细胞迁移的能力。结论对比分析传统人工计数与自动检测分析系统的结果,自动计数的方法有效可靠。 Objective: To design a simple automatic detection and analysis system for cell migration. Methods: The cell model was designed in vitro, and the expression of histone methyltransferase EZH2 in human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 showed four expression states. Transwell assay was used to detect the corresponding changes of cell migration ability, and the results of manual counting and automatic detection and analysis system were compared. Results: The decrease of EZH2 expression would decrease the number of cell migration and the ability of cell migration. Conclusion: The method of automatic counting is effective and reliable by comparing and analyzing the results of traditional manual counting and automatic detection and analysis system.
