摘要
孔板流量计是工业生产中最常用的计量仪表之一。文章阐述了孔板流量仪表设备的计量原理;从孔板节流装置、二次测量仪表和信号引线方面介绍了目前孔板流量仪表的组成和结构;分析了现有孔板流量仪表设备的优缺点和安装要点。从孔板流量仪表的整体误差、安装管理误差和运行工况下的误差分析了影响计量精度的因素。最后提出了孔板流量仪表设备的改进建议。
Orifice flowmeter is one of the most commonly used measuring instruments in industrial production. In this paper, the measuring principle of the orifice flow meter is described;the composition and structure of the orifice flow meter are introduced from the orifice throttling device, secondary measuring instrument and signal lead;the advantages and disadvantages and installation points of the orifice flow meter are analyzed;the factors that affect the measurement accuracy are analyzed from the overall errors, installation management errors and errors under operating conditions. Finally, the improvement suggestions of the orifice flow meter equipment are put forward.
