烟草机械中故障诊断技术的应用

根据当前我国发展情况来看,故障诊断技术作为一门新兴学科,对于现代化工业生产活动愈发重要,已经成为当前我国生产系统得以稳定运行,提高产品质量的重要手段。在机械设备正常运行过程中,设备中的任何一个小零件都极有可能导致整个设备功能无法正常实现。如果在实际生产活动中,不仅会对设备本身带来影响,还会直接影响整个生产工作,为企业带来较为严重的经济损失。文章主要内容探究了烟草机械中故障诊断技术的应用,希望能对我国故障诊断技术的发展有所启示。

According to the current development of our country, fault diagnosis technology, as a new discipline, is becoming more and more important for modern industrial production activities, and has become an important means for our production system to operate stably and improve product quality. In the process of normal operation of mechanical equipment, any small part of the equipment is very likely to lead to the normal realization of the function of the whole equipment. If in the actual production activities, it will not only affect the equipment itself, but also directly affect the whole production work, and bring serious economic losses for the enterprise. The main content of this paper explores the application of fault diagnosis technology in tobacco machinery, in order to give some enlightenment to the development of fault diagnosis technology in our country.
