益黄散对番泻叶所致脾虚小鼠免疫蛋白IgA、IgG表达的影响

Effect of Yihuang Powder on the Expression of Immune Protein IgA and IgG in Spleen Deficiency Mice Induced by Fanxieye

目的研究益黄散对脾虚小鼠的治疗作用。方法72只小鼠随机分为空白对照组、脾虚复感模型组、益黄散低、中、高剂量(2.25、4.50、9.00 g/kg)治疗组和匹多莫德对照组(0.30 g/kg),以番泻叶水煎液灌胃建立小鼠脾虚模型,每日监测各组小鼠一般体征变化;检测各组小鼠血清IgA、IgG水平;计算各组小鼠胸腺/脾脏指数。结果模型组小鼠面温升高明显、腹泻严重、出现聚堆现象、毛色变得晦暗,血清IgA、IgG水平和胸腺指数显著低于空白组(P<0.05),益黄散中、高剂量治疗组各项指标显著高于模型组(P<0.05),与空白组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论益黄散中、高剂量可提高免疫蛋白IgA、IgG的表达,对脾虚证具有治疗作用。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Yihuang Powder on mice of spleen deficiency.Methods Seventy-two mice are randomly divided into blank group,model group,low,medium and high dose of Yihuang Powder(2.25,4.50,9.00 g/kg)treatment group and Pidotimod positive group(0.30 g/kg).The mice model of spleen deficiency is established by gavaging Fanxieye decoction,and the changes of general physical signs of mice in each group are monitored daily;the levels of serum IgA and IgG of mice in each group are detected;the index of thymus/spleen in mice of each group are calculated.Results The mice in the model group had obvious increase in surface temperature,severe diarrhea,agglomeration and dull coat color.The serum IgA and IgG levels and thymus index are significantly lower than those in the blank group(P<0.05),and the indexes in the middle and high dose groups of Yihuang powder are significantly higher than those in the model group(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference between the model group and the blank group(P>0.05).Conclusion The middle and high dose of Yihuang powder can increase the expression of IgA and IgG,and has therapeutic effect on spleen deficiency syndrome.
