摘要
目的观察鬼针草总黄酮(TFB)对中枢神经、呼吸及心血管系统方面的影响。方法采用灌胃给药ICR小鼠,观察TFB对小鼠中枢神经系统的影响;采用十二指肠给药,观察TFB对Beagle犬心电、血压及呼吸等生理指标的影响。结果高剂量组TFB(1350 mg/kg)可明显降低小鼠自发活动次数。TFB与镇静催眠类药物戊巴比妥钠同时使用具有明显协同作用;TFB给药450 mg/kg及以下剂量时,Beagle犬心率、血压、呼吸等指标均无显著变化。结论TFB对小鼠中枢神经系统有潜在不良影响,临床使用应注意监测中枢神经系统相关指标以确保用药安全。
Objective To research the effects of TFB on the centralnervous system,respiratory system,cardiovascular system.Methods ICR mice are administrated TFB by gavage to observe the effects on the centralnervous system.The effects of TFB on ECG,blood pressure and respiration system of beagle dogs are measured by douenal administration.Results The high dose(1350 mg/kg)group can significantly reduce the number of spontaneous activities of mice.TFB with pentobarbital sodium have remarkable synergistic effect when used together.There is no striking effect on ECG,blood pressure and respiration in beagle dogs at or below 450 mg/kg.Conclusion TFB has potential adverse effect on the central nervous system of mice,and its related indexes should be monitored during clinical use to ensure safety.
