经方黄芪桂枝五物汤复方颗粒剂的成型工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的优选黄芪桂枝五物汤复方颗粒剂的成型工艺条件。方法依据制粒时的难易程度初步优选出较优辅料,再以颗粒成型率和溶化性为评价指标,采用正交试验法优化浸膏与辅料的配比、润湿剂乙醇的体积分数和用量的工艺参数,并对颗粒干燥时的温度进行了考察。结果黄芪桂枝五物汤复方颗粒剂的最佳成型工艺条件为浸膏∶淀粉∶糊精的比例为1∶1.5∶0.3,70%乙醇作润湿剂,加入10%的量,并选择60℃温度条件下干燥30 min。结论所得黄芪桂枝五物汤复方颗粒剂的处方合理,成型工艺简单可行,为进一步应用和工业化生产提供了参考。 Objective To optimize the forming technology of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction granules.Methods According to the difficulty of granulation,the optimum excipients of granules are selected preliminarily.The orthogonal test is used to optimize the process parameters of the ratio of the extract to the excipients,the volume fraction and the amount of ethanol for using the granulation rate and solubility as the evaluation indicators.And the temperature at which the granules are dried is investigated.Results The optimum technological conditions are as follows:the ratio of extract powder to starch to dextrin is 1:1.5:0.3,the wetting agent is 70%ethanol and the dosage is 10%;dry at 60℃for 30 min.Conclusion The prescription of the compound Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction granules is reasonable,the preparation process is simple,and can provide reference for further industrialized production.
