摘要
目的优选出脊痛消胶囊的最佳制备工艺。方法建立血瘀模型,以血液粘度、红细胞功能及凝血时间为指标,来综合评价脊痛消4种不同制备工艺的作用效果,从中优选出最佳制备工艺。结果通过与假手术组对比,模型组的大鼠血液粘度明显上升(P<0.05),红细胞功能明显下降(P<0.05),凝血时间明显缩短(P<0.05),经各工艺药物治疗后,各组大鼠的血液粘度均有不同程度的下降,红细胞的功能明显提高,凝血时间明显延长,从数值直观分析看,作用效果水提组﹥分类提取组﹥水提醇沉组﹥饮片粉组。结论脊痛消各工艺制备的药物对血瘀模型大鼠均具有降低血液粘度、改善红细胞功能,延长凝血时间的作用,能够改善血液的高“凝”、“黏”状态,对淤血内停、气血运行紊乱具有很好的治疗作用,其作用水提效果最好。
Objective To optimize the optimal preparation process of Jitongxiao capsule.Methods Establish cold stasis model,take blood viscosity,red blood cell function and clotting time as indicators,to comprehensively evaluate the effects of 4 different preparation processes for spinal pain,optimize the best preparation process from it.Results Compared with the sham operation group,blood viscosity of rats in the model group increased significantly(P<0.05),reduced red blood cell function(P<0.05),significantly shorter clotting time(P<0.05).After the treatment of the medicines for the preparation of Jitongxiao,blood viscosity of rats in each group decreased to varying degrees(P<0.05),significant improvement in red blood cell function,significantly longer clotting time(P<0.05).But from the numerical visual analysis,water extraction group>classification extraction group>water extraction and alcohol precipitation group>decoction powder group.Conclusion The medicines prepared by various techniques of Jitongxiao can reduce blood viscosity in blood stasis model rats,effect of improving red blood cell function and prolonging clotting time,can improve the high"coagulation"and"sticky"state of blood.It has a good therapeutic effect on internal congestion and dysfunction ofblood,the best water extraction effect.
