滑膜炎颗粒治疗湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎的临床研究

The Clinical Study on Huamoyan Granule for Treatment of Damp Heat Accumulation Type Gouty Arthritis

目的观察应用滑膜炎颗粒治疗湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法石家庄市中医院骨科自2017年3月至2018年6月痛风性关节炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予滑膜炎颗粒+基础治疗+布洛芬治疗,对照组选择给予基础治疗+布洛芬治疗,治疗7 d后,对两组患者VAS评分、中医证候评分、血尿酸、Lysholm功能评分、膝关节主动活动度(ROM)、肿胀程度、综合疗效进行比较。结果治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组,治疗后两组VAS评分、中医证候评分、血尿酸、肿胀程度较治疗前均降低,治疗组较对照组降低更明显,治疗后两组Lysholm功能评分、ROM较治疗前均升高,治疗组较对照组升高更明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滑膜炎颗粒治疗湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎的患者,可使其膝关节疼痛、肿胀、活动度、中医证候等明显得到改善,促进尿酸排泄,取得了良好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hanmoyan Granule in the treatment of damp heat accumulation type Gouty Arthritis(GA).Methods Methods from March 2017 to June 2018,60 patients with GA are selected from the department of orthopedics of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),who are randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group,30 in each group.The treatment group is treated with Hanmoyan Granule+Basic Treatment+Ibuprofen,and the control group is treated with Basic Treatment+Ibuprofen.All treatment lasted for 7 d.VAS score,Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,BUA,lysholm function score,ROM,swelling and comprehensive curative effect are compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.After treatment,VAS score,TCM syndrome score,BUA and swelling in both groups are lower than those before treatment,the decrease of the treatment group is more obvious than that of the control group.After treatment,there is an increase of lysholm function score and ROM in both groups than before treatment,and the treatment group increased more obviously than that in the control group.The differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of damp heat accumulation type Gouty Arthritis by Hanmoyan Granule can obviously improve the knee joint pain,swelling,activity and TCM syndrome,promote the excretion of uric acid.It has achieved a good clinical effect.
