网络视角下组织中心性与双元创新绩效研究--基于局部网络技术异质度的调节作用

Research on Centrality and Ambidextrous Innovation from the Perspective of Network:Based on the Moderating of Local Network Technology Heterogeneity

基于已有研究对创新网络结构和技术异质度的关注,将一阶网络结构拓展至高阶网络结构并提出局部网络技术异质度的测度方法,使用我国1997—2017年ICT领域专利授权数据逐年构建创新网络,探讨组织的度中心性以及接近中心性对其双元创新的影响,以及组织的局部网络技术异质度对上述关系的调节作用。实证结果表明:组织的度中心性和接近中心性的提高均会促进其利用式创新绩效,但抑制其探索性创新绩效,且上述的促进作用与抑制作用均在局部网络技术异质度较低的情况下更强。

Based on the existing research on the innovation network structure and technology heterogeneity,we extended the first-order network structure to higher-order network structure and propose a method to measure the local network technology heterogeneity.We used patent authorization data of Chinese ICT industry from 1997 to 2017 and build innovation network year by year,which be used to explore the effects of degree centrality and closeness centrality on ambidextrous innovation,as well as the moderating effect of local network technology heterogeneity on the above relationship.We found that the improvement of degree centrality and closeness centrality can promote the performance of exploitative innovation,but inhibit the performance of exploratory innovation.Moreover,the above inhibitory and promoting effects are stronger in the case of low local network technology heterogeneity.
