针对没有委托物业管理的既有住宅加装电梯在使用管理中面临的难题,特别是使用单位的确定、安全管理员的配备、安全技术档案的保存、紧急报警装置的设置、救援通道的畅通等亟待解决又不好解决的问题,通过提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的方式提出了一些意见和建议,以期对相关单位有所帮助。

In view of difficulties in the use and management of elevators in built residential buildings without property management,especially problems that are urgently and difficult,such as the determination of users,the allocation of safety administrators,the preservation of safety technical files,the setting of emergency alarm devices,and the access of rescue channels,this paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions by asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,hoping to help relevant units.
