摘要
为提高维保和检验效率,设计了一种适用于电梯、自动扶梯、自动人行道各种小尺寸检验的多功能电梯检验尺。该检验尺具有阶梯槽、阶梯塞尺、直尺、楔形塞尺等测量特征,并将电梯检验规程中多种小尺寸集成于尺身,可对钢丝绳直径、间隙、啮合深度等多种尺寸进行定性判断或定量检测。检验尺全长160mm,便于携带,可应用于电梯制造、安装、改造、修理、保养和法定检验。
In order to improve the efficiency of maintenance and inspection,a multifunctional elevator inspection ruler is designed,which is suitable for inspection of small-sized items of elevators,escalators and moving sidewalks.The inspection ruler has the measuring characteristics of stepped groove,stepped feeler gauge,straight edge and wedge feeler gauge,etc.It can inspect various small-sized items in elevator inspection regulations,and qualitatively judge or quantitatively detect various sizes such as wire rope diameter,gap and meshing depth.With a total length of 160 mm,the inspection ruler is portable and can be used for manufacturing,installing,transforming,repairing,maintaining and statutory inspection of elevators.
