新型高性能索道钢丝绳

New high-performance ropeway wire rope

随着客运索道向高速度、大跨距、高落差、超长线路、长寿命方向发展,对客运索道用钢丝绳的性能也提出了更高的要求。为更好的满足客运索道钢丝绳稳定性好、延伸率小、直径保持好等方面的要求,研制出新型高性能索道钢丝绳,绳芯材料采用高分子聚合物,通过提高生产工艺及严格的质量管控,生产出6×36WS、6×26WS、6×25Fi、6×19S等结构型号的索道钢丝绳。经测试表明:新型高性能索道钢丝绳产品质量、力学性能等各项指标均满足设计要求。

With the development of passenger ropeway in the direction of high speed,large span,high drop,super-long line and long service life,more demanding requirements have been put forward for the performance of wire rope for passenger ropeway.In order to better meet the requirements of good stability,small elongation and good diameter maintenance of passenger ropeway wire rope,a new type of high-performance ropeway wire rope was developed.The rope core is made of polymer material.By improving the production process and strictly controlling the quality,6×36WS,6×26WS,6×25Fi,6×19S and other structural types of ropeway wire rope have been produced.Tests show that the product quality,mechanical properties and other indicators of the new highperformance cableway wire rope meet the design requirements.
