摘要
聚-γ-谷氨酸(Poly-γ-glutamic acid,PGA)是由微生物发酵获得的一种多肽类化合物,为一种绿色环保的肥料增效剂,在农业领域具有广泛的应用前景。本试验以柑橘实生苗和嫁接苗为材料,研究了PGA水溶液对柑橘苗木的生长指标、生理指标和矿物元素含量的影响。结果表明:PGA处理能促进幼苗增高,根系增长,使根系鲜质量和叶面积增加;可显著提高叶绿素a和可溶性蛋白质含量;100 mg/L和200 mg/L的PGA处理能使柑橘嫁接苗的株高、冠径和干径均显著提高;PGA与0.2%KH2PO4和0.2%尿素配合施用能显著增加嫁接苗的冠径和干径。此外,PGA处理还可提高叶片中P、Na和Zn元素的含量,增加磷元素的吸收,促进苗木的生长。
Poly-γ-glutamate(PGA)is a polypeptide compound via the microbial fermentation,as a green fertilizer synergist,it has a wide application prospect in agriculture.In this study,the effects of PGA solution on citrus growth indicators,mineral element content were investigated.It is indicated that:The height of seedling,root length,fresh weight of root,fresh weight of aboveground part and leaf area were increased with poly-γ-glutamate treated;The content of chlorophyll a and soluble protein was increased significantly with PGA treatment;PGA treatments of 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L significantly increased the plant height,crown diameter and stem diameter of citrus seedlings;PGA combined with 0.2%KH2PO4 and 0.2%urea significantly increased the crown diameter and stem diameter grafted plants;The element content of P,Na and Zn in the leaves were promoted by 200 mg/L PGA treatment.PGA treatment can increase the absorption of phosphorus,which is of great significance to promote the growth of seedlings.
