山东省高密市菠菜轻简化栽培

Light and Simplified Cultivation Technology of Spinach in Gaomi City of Shandong Province

菠菜是山东省高密市冬春的主要蔬菜,经过多年的发展,冷冻菠菜目前已成为高密市加工蔬菜出口最多的品种。为推动高密市菠菜产业做大做强、探索可持续发展的模式,本文总结了高密市菠菜种植业发展现状,在此基础上,从良种选择、整地做畦、施肥及除草、病虫害防治等方面系统介绍了菠菜轻简化栽培技术,以期为广大菜农提供理论指导和技术借鉴,更好地指导菠菜高效栽培和出口创汇。

Spinach is the main vegetable in winter and spring of Gaomi city,Shandong province,and frozen spinach has become the most varieties of deep processing vegetables export in Gaomi city by several years development.In this paper,the development status of spinach planting industry in Gaomi city was summarized.On this basis,the light and simplified cultivation techniques of spinach were systematically introduced from the aspects of good variety selection,soil preparation and border preparation,fertilization and weeding,pest control and other aspects,in order to provide theoretical guidance and technical reference for the majority of vegetable farmers,and better guide efficient cultivation and export of spinach to earn foreign exchange.
