摘要
生姜是人们生活中常见的调味品,也能作为药品使用,近年来栽培面积逐渐增加。荣昌是重庆市的三大生姜主产区之一,该区生姜种植历史悠久,种植水平较高。本文就荣昌区生姜产业现状、优势特点、制约因素、对策建议进行了探究,以期为当地生姜栽培提供指导,助力生姜产业的发展。
Ginger is a common condiment in people’s life and can also be used as medicine.In recent years,the cultivation area has gradually increased.Rongchang district one of the three main ginger producing areas in Chongqing city.Ginger planting in this area has a long history and high planting level.This paper explored the current situation,advantages,constraints and countermeasures of ginger industry,in order to provide guidance for local ginger cultivation and help the development of ginger industry in similar areas.
