摘要 目的研究知母Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.须根的化学成分。方法知母须根70%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、ODS、半制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为7-hydroxy-3-(4-methoxybenzyl)-chroman(1)、4′-hydroxyphenyl ethyl vanillate(2)、methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate(3)、1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxy-9H-xanthen-9-one(4)、6′,7′-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-3′,4′-dihydro-2′H-spiro[cyclohexane-1,1′-naphthalene]-2,5-dien-4-one(5)、michehedyoside D(6)、demethyleugenolα-D-glucopyranoside(7)、2′,3′-dihydroxyl-osthole(8)。结论化合物3~8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 AIM To study the chemical constituents from the fibrous roots of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.METHODS The 70%ethanol extract from the fibrous roots of A.asphodeloides was isolated and purified by silica,ODS and Pre-HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 7-hydroxy-3-(4-methoxybenzyl)-chroman(1),4′-hydroxyphenyl ethyl vanillate(2),methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate(3),1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxy-9H-xanthen-9-one(4),6′,7′-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-3′,4′-dihydro-2′H-spiro[cyclohex-ane-1,1′-naphthalene]-2,5-dien-4-one(5),michehedyoside D(6),demethyleugenolα-D-glucopyranoside(7),2′,3′-dihydroxyl-osthole(8).CONCLUSION Compounds 3-8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
