摘要 高血压损害大脑结构和功能,导致认知障碍和痴呆。运动是高血压管理的一种有效工具。然而,有关运动对高血压患者血压调节及认知功能的影响研究较少。本文讨论高血压引起认知减退的病理生理机制,并建议将运动作为预防和减少高血压引起认知损伤的重要策略。 Hypertension damages brain structure and function,leading to cognitive impairment and dementia.Exercise is an effective tool for hypertension management.However,there are few studies on the effects of exercise on blood pressure regulation and cognitive function in patients with hypertension.This review will discuss the pathophysiological mechanism of cognitive decline caused by hypertension and suggest that exercise training could be an important strategy for the prevention of cognitive impairment caused by hypertension.
