优化质量管理办法在消毒供应室新生儿科奶具清洗消毒中的应用效果

Study on the Quality Management of Cleaning and Packaging of Infant's Milk Utensils in Disinfection Supply Room

目的为了保证新生儿科奶具清洗消毒的质量达标,需要进行严格质量管理,形成严密、高效的监督系统,实现医源性感染的管控预防。方法选取2019年5—9月医院新生儿科曾用未清洗、消毒的奶瓶共200个,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各100个。观察组应用清洗消毒优化质量管理办法,对照组应用常规清洗消毒质量管理办法,比较两组奶具各项指标。结果观察组清洗质量均符合标准,合格率明显高于对照组,灭菌效果优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应室新生儿科奶具清洗消毒优化质量管理办法能够改善奶具的清洗消毒质量,保证新生儿科卫生状况符合标准,节约医疗成本及人力成本,有利于医疗风险的管控。

Objective In order to ensure that the quality of cleaning and packaging of newborn infants is up to standard,it is necessary to strictly manage the quality of cleaning of newborn infants in the disinfection supply room,form a strict and efficient supervision system,and realize the control and prevention of iatrogenic infection.Methods From May 2019 to September of used not cleaning,disinfection,bottles of a total of 200,according to random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,observation group used clean disinfection supply room of milk packaging optimization quality management approach,the control quality management measures,application of regular cleaning milk with the indicators similar between the two groups.Results According to the quality inspection standard to judge,the observation group all milk clean quality,appearance test indexes accord with standard,qualified rate is significantly higher than the control group,with sampling by multiple milk,according to the results of observation group sterilization effect success rate was 100%,milk sterilization effect is better than that of control group,each index contrast there were significant differences between the two way,test results with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimal quality management method for cleaning and packaging of newborn infants in the disinfection supply room can improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection of newborn infants,ensure that the hygienic conditions of newborn infants meet the standards,save medical and human costs,and be conducive to the control of medical risks,which has positive significance for the improvement of newborn infants'living quality.
