摘要
江西吉水(醪桥)方言的“一下”和“儘”都有总括副词用法。文章描写二者语义特点和功能分布,探讨其来源和演变路径。“一下”源于“一次性/整体性地”义数量结构或协同副词的重新分析,“儘”的总括用法源于让步句中语气副词的重新分析,语气副词用法则源于时间副词或程度副词用法的重新分析。文章最后指出方言中总括和强调语气表达的多样性。
Both[ia/xa/a]一下and[tcin]儘in Laoqiao dialect in Jishui county,Jiangxi province,can be used as a universal quantifier.This paper describes their semantic features and functions,and probes into their origins and semantic changes.[ia/xa/a]一下derives from the reanalysis of numeral structure or comitative adverb.The usage as a universal quantifier of[t in]儘originates from the reanalysis of emphatic adverb in concessive clause,while the usage as emphatic adverb is reanalyzed from its temporal or degree adverb usage.The paper demonstrates the diverse expressions of universal quantifier and emphasis in Chinese dialects.
