摘要
为了识别架空地线的断丝缺陷,以电涡流检测技术为依据,研制了一种基于STM芯片的电涡流架空地线检测装置,重点介绍了电涡流原理与系统设计。此外,利用所设计的系统在带有缺陷的试验线缆上进行验证,试验结果表明,该系统对不同程度的断丝缺陷具有较高的检出能力,并可以对其进行区分。
In order to identify the broken wire defect of overhead ground wire,based on the eddy current detection technology,an eddy current overhead ground wire detection device based on STM chip was developed.The eddy current principle and system design were mainly introduced.In addition,the designed system is used to verify the test cables with defects,and the test results show that the system has a high detection ability for different degrees of wire breakage defects,and can be distinguished.
